All garments are made-to-order, meaning materials are irreversibly allocated upon production initiation. While we encourage you to finalize your choice, we understand changes may arise. Below are our terms for order modifications:
UNPAID ORDERS
- Orders not paid within 30 days of placement will be automatically canceled.
- No refund or credit is issued for unprocessed unpaid orders.
PAID ORDERS
Before Tailoring Begins
- Full refund (100%) for dress purchase, accessories, shipping, and rush fees if canceled before production starts.
After Tailoring Begins
Refund eligibility depends on the production timeline:

- Rush fees are non-refundable after 72 hours of tailoring confirmation.
- Shipping costs for expedited orders (48/72-hour delivery) follow the same refund structure.

Production timeline notifications: You will receive an email confirming tailoring has begun.
REFUND PROCESS
- Submit cancellation requests via email to **service@promdressclub.com** with:
- Order number
- Cancellation reason
- Attach supporting documents (e.g., proof of payment)
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
